Location: Castlebrae Business Centre, Unit 6 (gym hall), 40 Peffer Place, Edinburgh, EH16 4BB

Hours of business: Full time, 40 hours per week

We are an Edinburgh-based online gift retailer creating thoughtful, personalised, one-of-a-kind gifts. Most of our products are bought by busy, affluent, professional customers who see our products in places like Selfridges, Harrods, Le Bon Marche and Not On The High Street. Our customers really value quality and expect the highest level of customer service…and we’re delighted to provide this to them.

The Office Administrator position is a key role within the Twenty-Seven team. Why? Because it’s the first point of contact a customer will have with us and to this end it requires someone who has a passion for excellent customer service and has the ability to build rapport easily. We operate in a fast-paced environment so the role demands a mature perspective and someone who can remain calm and level-headed as they interact with both external customers and internal members of the team. A key word to describe this role is ‘Care’. You’ll need to genuinely care about our customers, our products and about our service.

This role will be right for you if you enjoy a creative environment. You’ll  enjoy the fast pace of a studio producing personalised items on a daily basis that bring delight to our customers the very next day.
